The Q-series Carbon Pro 2.0 is Salming's top shaft for season 26/27, and the best-selling Salming shaft in recent seasons! It is the lightest of Salming's shafts, and is also powerful. Here you have a match stick of a really high level!
Last season, the shaft was updated to version 2.0, with minor adjustments to improve performance and durability.
Among other things, the grip wrap has been replaced with a lightweight grip wrap, and the knob has also been changed compared to previous models.
This particular model has a slightly thinner shaft diameter (RD = Reduced Dimension), which has become more popular in recent seasons. The reduced diameter makes the shaft better suited to players with smaller hands, but many also find that it gives increased feel and control. In addition, the clubs are often a little lighter, since less material is required in the production.
At the bottom of this club is Salming's new best-selling blade, TRIDENT!
Trident is a modern blade where Salming has combined the best parts from the bestseller Q1 with what today's modern floorball players have demanded. After a long and careful development process and lots of testing, Salming is proud to be able to present a blade that is characterized by low weight, torsional rigidity in the heel, optimized angles and a top with a great feel. In addition, Salming has developed a new plastic mixture (Touch X) with a higher proportion of e-modulus than other PP plastics, which makes the blade harder and more slippery against the floor, without losing the soft feel that PP blades have.
The Q-series shaft from Salming is for fast and agile players, who need a responsive and light stick to perform at their best! The Q-series is characterized by optimal balance, extremely good flick in the wrist shots, and low weight. In addition to the high proportion of carbon fiber in the Carbon Pro shaft, it also contains a small proportion of the vibration-damping material Vectran. The flex point in the shaft is moved further down towards the blade, for increased responsiveness in the shaft when shooting or passing. This stick is available in both 27 and 29 flex, which makes it suitable for most types of players and both juniors, women and men: - 27 mm flex: Usually best suited for men's players, older juniors and some women's players who like a slightly stiffer shaft. - 29 mm flex: Generally best suited for junior players, women and men's players who want a slightly softer shaft.
