Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7-10 business days after it has been dropped off. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

Standard Local Delivery will be within 3 working days.

For orders $300 - $450: $25
For orders $450 & above e.g. goalposts: $50
Express Local Delivery (Next day delivery)
For orders $1 - $300: $30
For orders $300 - $450: $50
For orders $450 & above e.g. goalposts: $60
Can I change my delivery information?
You will not be able to amend your delivery information once your order is placed, but we’ll try our best to help. Please drop us a message as soon as possible.
Note: Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we’ll try our best to minimise this.
If we're too late and your order has been delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments — we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!
Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned to the Powerplay store within 7 days of delivery or collection with a valid return request. Please contact us to submit your return request before dropping by.
Only items in brand new, unused condition, will be accepted.
